You'd be fine with 400W to be honest. I'd go for a RM series from Corsair.

**EDIT saw you're using SLI

Get a RM750.

500W can mostly handle things.. if things go crazy. Get a 1200W

im running sli of 2 560ti so idk if my psu will handle a overclock+ sli

RM650 would be fine I'd say. I ran a 1.5V 8320 (~250W) and a Pair of 7870s OCed on a CX600W when I had the chance :P

http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/3g5Ho im not using asus ones the ones i have are in custom parts ;_; look at the watt

You'll be fine, that's only an estimate. It's 650W on the rail you want (12V) so it will be fine, at a "real life" load you'll probably rarely tip 500W

i have an RM 650 with an SLI and the most i can get out of it at stock volts is 4.2 using one card , i do not think the power supply is able to handle that type of load
