RGB goodness

Hello, I need some help please! I am buying a pc off a colleague from work:

 

I5 6600k, Asus Z170 pro gaming, 16 gb 3200mhz ram, Asos rog strx gtx 970, 500gb samsung ssd, zalman 600w psu.

 

I want to buy a new case for it either the H510 or the 4000D both in white and I need some new rgb fans, can anyone help with telling me if there are any budget fans compatible (not tech savvy) any help would be appreciated!!
