Does windows 10 automatically install drivers?

On a prebuilt any drivers are going to be preinstalled.

 

To the original question, some yes and some no.

If you're buying a prebuilt then it should ship with a Windows 10 image preloaded with all the proper drivers, as well as whatever software the system builder puts on it. You shouldn't need to install any drivers.
