Very weird problem with FB Messenger

Hey forum,

I writing on behalf of my friend who for the last 2-3 weeks had a problem with Facebook Messenger

On mobile some messages and photos aren't sending (mostly photos are affected)

On PC there was a few days where she couldn't log in messenger(.)com or at desktop app (there was some info about error) and fb website didn't show new messages and she couldn't send any. Other people  at her household could use Messenger without problem and we tested that internet was okey. we also tested it on another pc and problems was the same. I assumed that it was some problem with connecting her account to server and we tested it by using some free vpn. it worked. At the moment she can log in but still some messages are missing which is very frustrating bc she has no way of knowing that.

 

Is anyone else has problems like this?

At the moment I'm out of ideas. Is there something that she could do or test? Could this be some weird problem with router? Or is solely problem on the part of Messenger? she could try writing to support but idk if they could really do anything...
