Hi, I have an MSI Z390M Mortar with CNVi module, so I recently bought an Intel kit 2030 with dual band (the 9560NGW),  the wifi is working without issue but I'm having problems with the bluetooth, when I connect a device it swaps the actual audio output like crazy, I installed de official drivers from intel website and this is still happening

This is the kit I bought on aliexpress:

https://es.aliexpress.com/item/1005001640136786.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.4b7663c0T6B5on}

And I made two gifs that shows the problem:

I4USFn6.gif

GJFxFMw.gif

I don't know what to do, I aprecciate if someone can help me with this

Greetings  🙂

Make sure all cables related to wifi/bluetooth are securly plugged in. It could be disconnecting and reconnecting.

maybe you conected more than one bt device in same time? like game pad mause and bt headset? usually bt dont work on friendly terms with multiple devices. another thing you can check bt adapter power saving features these cause some issues. disconecting and reconecting bt devices can take few second and it can swich audio devices in that time.

More specifically, multiple audio devices, multiple Bluetooth devices in general are not a problem.  Even then this shouldn't happen unless like you say they are disconnecting/reconnecting constantly for some reason.
