i messed up

so i wanted to uninstall epic games launcher but i got errors and got mad and now even as administrator i can't even delete or put the shortcut into the trash can.

i need some help with the windows registry so i can force uninstall the program though i am not tech savy at all enough to know how to do this

thanks but i also accidentally somehow removed administrator access to the program.....also may have deleted the program itself in it's own folder...........bluntly.......i fucked up
