PC wont start

Wont boot no display output

EZ debug light stuck on VRAM 

Removed the GPU

Tried removing and relocating RAM

Reinstalled BIOS battery

Removed both ssd and HDD

now VGA light is on and still wont turn on

 

Specs:

Ryzen 7 3700x 

MSI X570 A Pro

XPG 8gb x2

Gigabyte RTX 3060

Gigabyte P650B

Seagate Barracuda 2TB

Toshiba 512 GB NVMe

MSI MAG Forge 100M
