Arctic Liquid Freezer 360 radiator screw size

So I just got a second hand Arctic Liquid freezer 360 for real cheap, and it came without any fans or screws.
But the M3x30mm screws I got for it are a bit loosey-goosey. Do i have stripped threads(in which case I would appreciate any comments in how to repair them), or are they imperial 6-32?
Mind you i don't have any 6-32 screws on hand cause I am located in the EU and those are real hard to come by.

They are 6-32, it is very close to 3.5mm and they may sometimes be marked in metric.

 

Should be able to get short 6-32 screws from electronics or computer stores as a computer screw set. The longer ones to go through a fan are a bit harder to find, see if any local computer retailers have some mainstream brand screw kits like the corsair hydro one should work.
