Phone Upgrade advice needed.

Currently have a Galaxy A6.
I live in Europe but the bad part of it so my budget is like 200-230ish Euro. 
So far my options are basically non existent from what I see outside of the Poco X3. I love all the features especially that 120 Hz display

however the phone seems WAY too big for me. And also from the looks of it I REALLY dislike MIUI. Im used to One UI from Samsung and getting another Samsung means I will transfer files easier with their app.
Are the ads in it bad ? Is MIUI as bad as I think it is ?  
Something else I was looking at was the new Galaxy A32 4G. Has a AMOLED 90Hz screen like I want and its smaller than the X3 which is a plus but of course its Samsung so its expensive.
And also the OnePlus Nord N10 5G but expensive again.

yes me polish man in the states so i havent gne on any polish tech website for about a year. you could link maybe 5 of them for start if less just link those

You may be able to get a Galaxy S9 or 10 for cheap. This allows you to also use it as a lightweight PC via Dex.

Nope. We don't use euros but convertion is really simple. Just divide by 2. So 1 Euro would be 0.50 of my currency.
Im mostly looking to buy from the first site and you can translate it to english on the top right. The little flag. 
I think google translate would still work if not ?

I would rather buy brand new phones. I just don't like buying used things to be honest.
