Monitor problem

I got my new monitor today(first time) and when i set it up my main monitor became stretched out, I've tried changing the resolution, didn't work, tried changing scaling, didn't work i dont know what else to try if someone would be able to help out please

Try checking the monitor osd and windows settings, you might be configuring one but the other is stopping you.
