I need to know wich case has the best airflow

Do I need RAM with that high of a speed for what im gonna do?

it's what i'd recommend, based on your budget and country and requirements. made some changes to what you proposed, added a motherboard and a ssd etc.

Yea currently I use a laptop with 12gb wich is enough I think im cpu and mainly gpu bottlenecked for the editing that I do

you need 32gb of ram if you're editing 4k videos. otherwise, 16gb are enough.
