Wise decision?

So if you look at the main build in my sig, you will see I have a FX 6350 and a GTX 780, I was able to find a good deal on a Intel 3570k and a ASUS P8Z77-V LX.

 

The CPU and MB come with a PSU, RAM and CPU cooler, for about $320 shipped. I've been wanting to get a CPU that's a bit better than what I have now, and for the price is it worth it in your opinion?

Do it, then sell your current cpu and board, and the new/used ram and psu.

The 3570k is just a bit better than the FX-6350, but you can save money by getting a better cooler and Overclocking it, or just going with the 3570k, and have a little bit of a performance boost with both

its a good deal and the i5 outperforms the 6350 sell your current components
