Black Screening and weirdness

TL;DR: pre-built computer is black screening and producing graphics such as the picture below, please help I have no idea where to go.

 

Hello, I have posted in the troubleshooting forum about this but there were no responses and I am desperate at this point because the return date on the prebuilt I bought just went by so now I'm stuck. I'll try to make this as short as possible, I bought a pre-built from CyberPower, and it came with problems. The first of which was that it was that it was automatically overclocked by the motherboard so I turned that off. Then I find out that the CPU cooler was not sufficient and and bought a replacement and some extra case fans. When I was installing the cooler I also reseated the GPU because I thought that may help with the black screening. After the installation and the reseating, all of the issues went away for a little more than a week, just enough for my return period to expire and now its black screening constantly. Like I can't get more than 45 mins of operation before the screen just turns off. The audio and other inputs use to work when it black screened and now its just giving me that robotic sound of a crash. When it black screens the fans and lights on the case is still operational. I contacted CyberPower's tech support but they still haven't gotten back to me, its been like 2 weeks now. And the picture below is what happened when I tried to log in the day after.
