I run a ryzen 5 3600 (non x), went to the bathroom, came back and 2 cores were randomly at really high usage. I was just running firefox and word (and task manager) doing some school work. IDK what it was. I think both the cores were on the same core, but different threads (i have SMT on)

Background system tasks while idle. I would not worry unless the load continued on.
