Minecraft Server to HTTP Server

I have a Minecraft Bedrock edition server running on a RPi4, (github.com/CloudburstMC/Nukkit) And I wanted to make a web interface where I can control bans, console, and plugins. How do I make HTML include files in another directory and edit them as Pi?

You need to learn, at a minimum, HTML, JS, PHP, SQL & the ins and outs of the TCP protocol, and that's all before the Minecraft specific code plus I'm not even sure MC has RCON so it might not be possible at all.

 

I'm sure if it is possible someone will have done it by now.
