I have two Kingston Hyper X Fury 2400Mhz CL15 Ram sticks, Can overclocking it to 3000Mhz manually in bios at 1.35V without XMP enabled improve my performance???

Ryzen 5 2400G -B450M DS3H Motherboard (Gigabyte) - 16GB RAM (CL 16, 3000MHz) - 240GB SSD (Kingston) - 1TB HDD(Seagate) - 450W PSU (Corsair)

Marginally.

What are the rest of the system specs?

R5 2400g with no discrete  graphics card with b450m ds3h motherboard

Oh then yes you should see a few fps bump by overclocking to 3000 try to get it to 3200 at 1.35. Also 1usmus ram tuner is a good bet for some rough oc.

I tried to go higher than 3000Mhz but the system randomly crashes and blue screens.....What is Usmus ram tuner, I am not aware of it

Its basically an app for AMD cpu's that give you good memory overclock settings. You might have to increase voltage tho.
