fresh windows install problem

i have a HP pro 3505 Prebuilt pc and i tried to do a fresh install of windows 10 but the installer won't start and it's stuck at the windows logo, windows 7 has the same problem but i had a copy of kali linux and it worked just fine.

ps: i tried 3 builds of windows 10: 1809, 1903, 2004.

please help

Have you checked the health of the hard drive?

i tried 240gb ssd and it is the same

Where did you get the download/install of Win10?

the 1809 version is bloatware free, but the other two are from the microsoft website

i have a copy of kali linux and it worked just fine
