Problem with my new build

Hello friends,

I have a crazy problem and I would be so thankful if one of you helps me fix it.

I purchased this build:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3600

Motherboard: B450 tomhawk max

Ram: G.Skill RipjawsV 16GB DDR4-3200MHz

PSU: Be Quiet System Power 9 600W

Gpu 1050 2gb from previous build

Kingston A2000 SSD 1.0TB M.2 NVMe

And whenever I login in to windows I get black screen, crashes, sometimes it stucks

Tried formatting, changing gpu drivers, using Linux and chrome OS.

Nothing!

The only thing I changed in the bios is to update to the latest version and set xmp to 3200mhz

Please help me

Agreed, these B450 boards especially the ones without pro can barely support 3200MHZ it is best to run at 2666-30000MHZ and from the description it looks like a memory stability issue.

Tried downgrading ram speed. Disabled xmp also changed speed to 2666.

Didn't fix it, I get random stucks like for opening things like a yoirube page.

Maybe the CPU? Or something else in the ram?

Edir

Tried running ram with 1600mhz nothing

In that case, looking at your built it is most likely due to the M.2. Kingston Drive is one of the worst as they tend to use lower grade storage on their product. 10 years ago, I got a new built and it was failing on me due to the Kingston 120G SSD. Try to install windows to an old drive to see if it fixes the problem.

Bro you are very smart, this might be the problem but I paid 100 euros for it so 😂 testing it now with another SSD to see!

Do you think warranty will cover it? 1.4 week old

I think it should, most electronics offer 14 days or even 30 days exchange or refund in Canada, I mean its all British commonwealth the laws are similar. Even for reputation the warranty should cover it.

Hello friends,

The problem is with the dual ram.

I made some quick tests, one of the two ram sticks causes the problems and I don't know why.

The other ram stick works perfectly fine.

Any ideas? Do you think I damaged the second ram stick?
