any tablet that can play video can do remote gaming.

remote gaming is essentially streaming the game screen into video.

Ryzen 2600x @ 4.2ghz all cores | Asrock B450M Steel Legend | Radeon RX580 | 4x Samsung 8gb d-die 2133 @ 3200mhz | 500gb Samsung PM981a | 5 TB HDD | Hyper 212 classic w/ 2 delta 4000rpm push pull | Antec Neo Eco Zen 500w

Try to get the performance from the WiFi card, since you'll be needing a powerful and stable card (it would be nice if you could get one that isn't soldered but I don't think they make tablets with that anymore)

I don't know, I sometimes watch Tech Tablets and I really liked the iPlay 40 and those sub 200 ones

Also, for Remote Play it's important your PS5 is connected via ethernet instead of WiFi, and to stream it at 1080p max

You don't need much hardware to remote play any games (Stadia, Steam Link, Geforce Now). All you need is a controller and good wifi connection.
