Front Case Fans Randomly Stop Spinning When Boot #Annoyed

So I setup my first PC and everything seems to be running well except for one annoying problem. My three front case fans are giving me issues.

 

I am building in a TD500 White Mesh with an x570 Aorus Elite mobo. When I turn the PC on, most of the time all fans will start running. When it's booting Windows random fans will just stop. Sometimes it's just one random fan, sometimes two, sometimes all will stop. Bios is not reading the fans either.

 

I've tightened everything 100 times, have taken out plugged back in, etc. Any suggestions?
