No audio from back/front jacks

make sure front audio cable is plugged in ALL THE WAY.

 

Also install drivers.

The audio ports on the back of the mobo are typically better, so try to use those.

I stopped caring about the front ones a while ago because that could be from user error. I will say that I have built many PCs so I would hope "push it all the way in" (lol) isn't my issue. But the back ones do not work either. Updated bios to latest, chipset, audio drivers. Everything is up to date.

32GB (4x 8GB) Trident Z

Zotac RTX 3070
850W PSU Gold Evga
Bunch of HDD lol

Your audio dac is most likely dead. RMA it.

You would lose all analog input and output. If you have optical output, that in theory still should work.
