Hey there
So i recently "finished my new pc, but i'm still missing my GPU. Would i be able to start using my pc with the integrated graphics and then later install a new graphics card (and software). Or should i just wait for my actual GPU?

yep, nothing bad will happen at all as long as you are using a 3rd party cooler, what cooler are you using?
