pc running slow after os reinstall

i hav as i sad ben having problems with gta 5 fs19 and other games barely hitting 15 fps on medium to low settings which i cold run at 30 to 60 fps before the reinstall聽and as you can see i hav tons of

so if anybody has any help that would be greatly appreciated 馃檪
