CPU Uses Uno Reverse Card.

Hi, so my ASUS TUF GAMING FX504GD Has an bad but acceptable cooling. CPU is Thermal Throttling tough, GPU is just chillin at 64 degrees. CPU : 88 Degrees GPU : 64 Degrees. After cleaning the Fans, Heatsinks, i think the CPU uses the Uno Reverse card, it CHILLIN at 60 Degrees and the GPU is Thermal Throttling, is this normal?

 

 

 

Like even CPUs can use Reverse Cards after 2 years of melting down.

The heatsink is probably making bad contact with the GPU die. Did you re-apply thermal paste to both the CPU and GPU?

i rechecked i did everything correctly, thermal paste is 5 months old and i didn't think to replace the thermal paste yet. The heatsink is properly placed.
