H100i pump? problem

I'm having some issues with my h100i last few weeks.  I've been getting high idle temps and really high load temps lately, And i fear the pump maybe dead, Or at least have air bubbles / blockage

First install i was running around 23c on the low, Averaging about 28c idle.  Load was anywhere from 36 to 48 depending on the program and or game.

Now i'm seeing idle temps anywhere from 29 to 37 and load is sweeping by 60s on prime95 and other stress programs.  In games it usually doesn't break 51c.  But its clear there is a problem.  I have incredibly poor hearing as it is, So im not even sure i could hear the pump even if it was working however, I flicked the outtake tubes (heat) and i could hear Swishing and sucking noises and then it stops till i do it again.  The res on the 100 is Pretty warm on the intake side, stone cold on the out.

I haven't yet tried any of the usual methods to try and fix it (laying on side, shake well etc).  But does anyone have any advice or thoughts on what it could be?  Dead pump, Air bubbles, blockage?

dunno why i didnt say before but should also note when i flick the outtake the temps go down to around 25c and load temps go back to normal of about 49c.

Which makes me believe it actually is an air bubble, i just don't know enough about bubbles effects to say is or not
