Blue screen error?

Hello, I just got a blue screen error. So I restarted my pc and then it booted like normal. But now I hear weird high pitched clicking noises coming from it. Is it okay?

Could be coil whine or it could be a failing hard drive. Did you grab the information off the blue screen while it was still up?

No, the resolution was all wonky. And nevermind about the noises. I just had a can of pop by my and it sounded like it was coming from my pc.
