Nope, it's jsut too big at 4.9GB for single layer DVD nowadays.

Hello, does anyone know if there's any tricks that allow windows media creation tool save to a standard DVD? I have a 4.7gb standard dvd and windows 10 64 bit cannot download to it since it's too small, it has 4.36gb usable space even with using the dvd option

pretty sure you can make it go to an iso, but i'm not sure if the iso is small enough to fit on a DVD...

EDIT: nope, just went to check, the iso is 5.3GB.

R.I.P. installing software from optical media then, I guess....

Well I guess you could still install Windows from Blu-Ray, but I imagine that's very rare

Thanks for reading all this by the way!

By the way, my desktop is a docked laptop. Get over it, No seriously, I have an exterrnal monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, ethernet and cooling fans all connected. Using it feels no different to a desktop, it works for several hours if the power goes out, and disconnecting just a few cables gives me something I can take on the go. There's enough power for all games I play and it even copes with basic (and some not-so-basic) video editing. Give it a go - you might just love it.
