Can a Ryzen 5 5600x CPU handle twitch streaming and gaming on the same pc?

Friend of mine is looking to invest in a new PC, going pre-built due to part shortage

 

Ive found a nice PC with a Ryzen 5 5600x and RTX 3070

 

Can it handle what he wants to do(Twitch streaming, gaming, video editing). Im assuming it can, especially if he uses the Nvidia encoder for his streams but wanted to get some feedback

 

Gaming would be 1440p

 

He's not a hardcore gamer, looking to stream games like Cod/Warzone and GTA RP

 

He's coming from a dinosaur, AMD FX 8300 and R9 280x

Yes it is more than capable of streaming. You already mentioned it but make sure he uses the Nvidia encoder.
