You have to find mice feet that matches the mouse. But to be honest, the PTFE stock mouse feet are already better than most of the feet on the market. Don’t change it.

Why change the feet..? They are likely the best option already.

I am sure its possible to DIY a paracord onto the mouse USB cable, but getting it past the USB end is going to be a massive pain/not possible. I end of the USB is just much larger than the cable itself, its hard to have something that will both fit over the end and fit well on the cable. If someone sells a product, itll likely work ok enough assuming the reviews seem ok, but I am not aware of one.

To be entirely honest, I don't think it makes much sense to paracord and change the mouse feet on a Deathadder v2. The stock cable and feet are already really good so the upgrade would be minimal. For the mouse feet you could buy Corepads/Hyperglides/Tiger Ice feet, which are an upgrade, but not a huge one AFAIK. If the cable bothers you a lot, I think a better idea would be to get a Deathadder v2 Pro which gets rid of the wire entirely.
