Can I use a Windows 10 UK product key on a Windows 10 US installer?

The UK vs US is only for language. You can use key regardless of language, but it defaults to language of the key.

My PC was built on 2018, and it included a Windows 10 UK product key / DVD. I am planning to reinstall Windows 10 on my PC using a more recent (updated) Windows 10 US DVD. My internet is very slow and downloading the installer takes a lot of time, so can I use a Windows 10 UK product key on a Windows 10 US installer?

You don't even need a product key if you're reusing the PC.
