it's a fairly reliable method for me.

Nice idea but the most used "app" is "idle" at 20%. Doesn't really seem to list anything specific.

Unfortunately I dont believe such an app exists. Manufacturers are pretty determined to hide certain system apps. I believe Google too as well. It would get shut down pretty quickly if someone were to attempt distributing the app.

After doing some research, I have to agree. It's irritating.
