Cant get get into bios

Hey guys, 

 

Did a new build today and ran into an issue I haven't had in the past. I am stuck on the Republic of Gamers screen and when I press "del" or "f2", nothing happens and I cant get into the bios, it just stays on that screen telling me to press "del" or "f2". The new parts on this build are the motherboard, cpu, and gpu. Everything else was in a prior build that was working. Below is the list of new components, existing components, and what I have done. Thanks for any input. 

 

 

New components:

Mother board: Asus B550-F 

Cpu: 5900x

GPU: 3080 Strix 

 

Components moved over from prior build

Power supply: EVGA G3 750

Ram: Corsair: 2 x 16 gb 

Cooler: Corsair H100i V2 

Intel SSD

Samsung SSD 

 

Things I have tried: 

-Looked at the QLED lights. There is an orange light next to DRAM 

-Re seating the ram 

-Trying each ram stick by itself

-Trying the ram in a different slot 

-Re seating the cpu

-Trying to boot without the GPU

Can you do a bios update? The b550-f should have a bios flashback button.

Even more basic thing to do would be to make sure keyboard is plugged into first USB port.

This was it. Never had to do that before so I didn't know the process. Learn something new everyday! Thanks for the input. Saved me my sanity.
