Hey guys, im new here :3

 

So... i have this problem, sometimes when im just sitting on my PC(Haha :D). My internet just disconnect... My Gf, sitting next to me on the same Switch, dosent discounnect... its only me... Anyone have any idea??

 

My internet is YouSee A/S, Denmark, 60/12Mbit(Running at 48/24Mbit atm).

 

My Switch is a Linksys SD2005 5-port, 10/100/1000 Mbits.

 

 

My computer specs:

Motherboard; Gigabyte G1.Sniper M5

CPU; Intel Core, i5-4670K 3.40

GPU; Gainward, 2GB, GTX760

Harddrive; SSD, Samsung 840 Pro Series, 256GB

PSU; Corsair AX760i

 

CPU: i5-4670K 3.6GHz - MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte G1.Sniper M5 - RAM: Kingston HyperX 4x4GB=16GB 1600Mhz - GPU: Gigabyte GTX 760 2GB - POWER SUPPLY: Corsair AX760i Platinum - HDD: Samsung 840 PRO 256GB - CASE: Corsair 350D(WindowD) - CPU COOLER: Corsair H100i

Are you using the connection wired or a wireless card? If so is it b/g/n or a/c? Is there anything that could interfere with the signal for you?

 

Im using wired.

Try changing port on the switch.

Try a different cable.

Update to the latest drivers.

Try resetting all network configurations you might have changed.

 

The first two steps can easily be done by simply changing your and your girlfriends cables. If she starts having issues then it's the cable or switch. If you continue to have issues then it's your computer.

I have tryed to change cable and ports... I just Reinstalled my PC, and all drivers are uptodate... I have tryed Unplock switch and router, and tryed too reset the router, still got the same problem...

Sounds like it might be a hardware issue in that case. Sorry but I am out of ideas.
