Hey guys,

After my failed attempt to find a mechanical keyboard with a wave design, I've decided to try and find a good mechanical keyboard with a realllllly good wrist wrest. If you guys could help me out I'm looking for one. I don't mind which switches they are (i like them all almost equally) but the wrist rest should not be a hard plastic design, preferably with some cushioning  If there is anything out there like this then could you guys please let me know.

It would be much appreciated.

Thankyou for reading this

The Corsair K90 has a pretty good wrist rest, it might be plastic but I've heard that it feels much better than your average wrist rest.  Plus, the K90 is good quality, and you cannot go wrong with Corsair :)

Max Keyboard Nighthawks come with a comfortable foam wrist rest. The only downsides are that it's quite narrow and it does have an unpleasant odor for the first two days or so. You can also get some really luxurious wrist rests for Ducky and Filco keyboards, though, unlike with Max Keyboard, these are not included in your initial purchase.

I advise staying away from plastic wrist wrests. They're uncomfortable, they're flimsy, they stain, and they can scratch your keyboard.

As has been said, the Steelseries 7G and Corsair provide the best wrist rests, but I'd go with the K70 or wait for the K95 rather than get a K90. You don't want to buy a mechanical keyboard and still be stuck with rubber domes...

Alternatively, as has been said, Filco and Ducky have quite nice wrist rests, sold separately.
