Hello, Before i start yes i tried the msconfig thing didnt work i tried the memory diagnostic didnt show me the results and also didnt work the only program what shows me 2 ram sticks is NZXT cam shows both of my sticks but bios and windows are only detecting one ram stick  may be bc of my cpu or the  ram sticks my cpu has 3 bent pins also it gives me a error training error this one memory pmu training error at socket 0 channel 0 dimm 1 after i ocd it  to 3200mhz my processor can take 3200mhz max  but idk about that with 3 bent pins i might broke my ram strick when ocd it to 3200

 

my cpu is AMD Ryzen 3 3100

my ram T-FORCE Vulcan Z 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200 CL16 (running at 2400mhz)

 

Edit i switched the ram to A1 B1 not A2 B2  now it says memory pmu training error at socket 0 channel 0 dimm 0 still shows only 8gb of ram from 16gb i start to think its a mother board issue
