Hey there just on to see if someone could see what the cheapest build would be to be able to max out dota 2, i know its not a super graphically intensive game but its the only game i play so if someone could tell me the cheapest build it would be great :)

Not gonna do a build for you but you could max dota 2 for about 600 bucks.

fx 4350 and a 7770 will allow you to max the game out. for a 600$ rig i'd try this.
