Where do these go to?

Hi, my friend is building a PC and I never had seen this setup from connecting fans before. I was wondering if the fan connectors(has 3 of them and motherboard only has 2 chas fan headers) go to the motherboard or the power supply(molex or something). The case he has is a DIYPC DIY-TG8-BR if that is helpful at all. And also has a Asus Prime Z390-P motherboard. ALSO the case did not come with a manual so this stuff just looked so confusing.

The 3 pins go into the fan ports on the motherboard and the big things go into the power supply.

@CussWords Only connect one at a time, either to the fan headers or to the PSU.

I'd recommend using the fan headers and ignoring the Molex connectors, so that the motherboard can control the fan speed (vs running 100% all the time).
