Double connection to stream causing problems

Hello, i've recently started streaming and since my internet connection is really bad i connect my phone and i stream with the 4g. I connect both my normal connection and my 4g to my pc and i setup so in obs it uses the 4g so i can stream. Sometimes when i play (i play fortnite don't know if that matters) my ping is really bad and it looks like in some matches my 4g connection takes over my normal one and it uses that to play. How do i make so i can ONLY use the 4g for obs and my normal connection for everything else?

Do you do this from router side or with two adapters on PC side? OBS can be set to certain IP (or adapter I guess), but the rest would need to be controlled by driver for adapter, including/excluding certain processes/software.

 

Moving this to Networking, I think people there know things better.
