Hay guys so basically while i run any game. And i mean any game. The games always run smooth for about 10 seconds then start to lag like crazy then they will run smooth again after 30 or so seconds for about 5-10 seconds again. Now i've noticed that every time it starts to lag, Using MSI Afterburner. The GPU Usage drops too 0. Then when its smooth its actually doing something :P The games range from Dayz/Arma 2 a cpu intensive game. To games like World Tour Fishing which in all reality shouldn't be a problem for a HD 7770. I have seen alot of posts about CPU's bottle necking the GPU. But this isnt the case. My only gets up too around 30% when its running smooth on World Tour Fishing. But drops down again just like the GPU but not too 0. It will sit around 15%. The game using 10% But when running smooth the game uses 25-30%. So im not quite sure what to do. I have clean uninstalled the drivers rebooted and re installed. Tried over clocking. Done everything i can think of :P but not sure whats going on. This is my build

AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Processor 3.21 Ghz

Radeon HD 7770

8gb DDR3 Ram

500W PSU

Can anyone help!? Now im not getting spikes where its smooth. The GPU is always doing something in MSI Afterburner but im just getting constant lag

I would uninstall your 14.3 beta drivers and try installing 13.12 (stable) drivers.
