Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: N/A

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I want to build a PC using scrap parts or parts that are very cheap, I don't really care how good they are because I am only doing this for fun, I don't really care if I can run games on it or not. So I was just wondering if anyone knows a place where I can buy or find cheap PC parts in Victoria, Australia, or if there is another way I can build a PC for a very small amount of money.
