HDR Stuttering problems in games

Hello, so I haven't been playing these couple of weeks but I got back into it yesterday and I noticed that all my games that I play with HDR seem to have the same problem. When it is enabled I get the same performance (FPS) but there is a lot of stuttering, when disabling it, it all comes to normal. 

I booted up my Playstation 4 and I tried a game out to see if the problem comes from my TV, and it works great, not a problem. I got an LG CX48  Inch by the way.

I tried updating my gpu drivers, doing windows updates but I can't fix this issue.

Does anyone has an idea of what the problem is ?
