My PC turns off when pressing the eject button on the optical disk drive. Does it look like a PSU problem?

Kuo Chun Huang

My uncle recently gifted me his old computer. I changed out the old power supply to a Cooler Master MWE Bronze 550W (May not be a good choice in hindsight). When I pressed the button to eject the optical disk tray, the PC just powered off itself (Fans stop spinning and all that, but the power LED is still on). I tried a few times and it kept happening. This particular PSU model is said to have some issues, does this look like the PSU is causing the problem? I'd really want to know. Thank you. (Please pardon my poor English)

Specs of that system

CPU AMD E2 3000 (15W APU)

SSD Transcend SSD230S 256GB
