Corrupted Windows

I am A big fan of ltt and saw that they were advertising their forums A LOT

and my pc isnt really happy these days so i thought lets give it a try

so basically i use a lot of debloat scripts to make windows work a bit better on my core i3 with an wonderful igpu

my windows seems to be kind of corrupted it still functions but that maybe not that great of a statement as programs such as discord adobe cc obs do not want to work, when i launch them the first time they work but when i launch them the second time they show and error The app cannot start, reinstalling may fix the problem (which i did

this time it gave an ffmeg error

so that is corrupted

it also gives a visual c++ library error which i reinstalled all kinds of

still corrupted

and also gives errors of .net frame wok

and also sometimes when i run install vcredist x86 and 64 then it says that i cannot even start

so it has windows preinstalled with drivers and also an important thing realtek audio console

i cant seem to find a realtek audio driver in my manufacturers website(asus) and also realtek themselves which has the realtek audio console with it and the appx version from microsoft store dosent work so likke is there a way to backup all drivers and oem programs or something???

my laptop has sonic master and realtek if it makes sense

and yes also i have tried reinstalling windows with keeping the programs and files intact using windows utility soo that dosent help
