Could you provide more information? because I am sure I can't see your task manager from where I am sitting. <- not intended to be sarcastic.

Yesterday my bott time was like 27 seconds but today it took a minute, any Idea why?

Your question lacks any information to lead the community to make suggestions. My pc does this randomly as well but I dont know what is causing it each time until I investigate by going through the task manager or update history. Usually [for me] it's a latent update that kicked in on the next start up.
