Ryzen Master never installing

I'd like to look around (and maybe change a few things) inside Ryzen Master, but I've run into a problem:
It won't install.

Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening? I've seen many people with the "a newer version is already installed" error, but none with this.

Had the same problem,I had to look for an older version - and it worked (was buggy as hell though,so i uninstalled)

Which version?
I tried 2.3.0.something and it had the same error.

I have no clue,I uninstalled it since it was very buggy,

If i am not mistaken the version i installed is from 2019.
