First time, pc builder and a little late to the race.
I'm using PCpartspicker, and because I'm new to this, I have lots of questions. But, to keep things quick Ill start with the cooling.
Ive always been a pick for the sound and heat, my consoles have radiated over the course of their playtime- and moving from console to pc, the one thing that was abundantly clear was; you have more options than what peripherals you plug in and what memory comes pre installed in a very expensive package. With pc I have options ranging from start to finish, and the one that always seems to come up and bug me the most, is how and which way can I keep a moderate temperature, sound while possibly exceeding the specs on my other components. Or rather what cooling system would offer, a quiet working environment for late hours, a multi layered projects. I was focused on BE QUIETs cooling systems, because primarily the name and sound rating PCpartspicker is referring.
I apologize if this is an irrelevant post, or rather one an incompetent one
just need some tips and info, on which cooling system may be worth checking out.

I dont plan on doing a lot of gaming, rather modeling, animation and potential coding!
