Hi guys, I've got the above case paired with an MSI B550 Tomahawk motherboard. Since I built the PC I haven't been able to control the rgb fans which came with the case. The buttons on the case only work if I unplug the rgb lead from the motherboard? I can't operate the rgb with the Dragon Centre either? I have the D RGB cable from the case fans plugged in to the Rainbow 2 header on the board. The fan power cables are all in seperate fan headers on the board also. Any advice please guys? It's nothing major, just very annoying.

My suggestion would be to unplug it from the board, uninstall the useless dragon center app and just set it up with your case buttons.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

I have the P400A with the RGB, it's proprietary to Phanteks, it's not compatible with anything else, that's why you can't control it (I turned the case RGB off and got Deepcool RGB fans that have a RGB controller because my motherboard doesn't have a RGB header).

One solution is to get an adaptor on ebay (I think it's because some of the wires are swapped, that's why it's not working, but the connector is the same).
