What do you guys thing about the idea of a TV getting a virus?
 
Is it possible yes or no

It's probably possible, but what's the point?

Well if they make it cross-platform it could potentially infect a whole network.

If it's a smart TV connected to the internet, sure it can... You can write malware for any device that can execute code, all it takes is someone to write a virus for a tv and then use it.. I don't believe that Smart TVs are popular enough for people to write viruses targeting them, but it is theoretically possible.

i7 not perfectly stable at 4.4.. #firstworldproblems

We had a tv come into my work a few days ago and it seemed like it had one, Called tech support to see if we could get rma and they said they have never seen the issue before.
