Graphics issue, on all games

Does anybody know why I have this weird green tint overlaid on dark surfaces while moving? It is most visible in cartoon styled games.

Do you have any sort of fast or ultrafast response time setting enabled in your monitor's menu? It kinda looks like pixel overshoot.

 

Also, what are your system hardware specs?

I don't believe so. I haven't messed with much on the monitor other than color temp settings. However I think I first noticed it on this monitor when I bought it, I'm going to reset it to default and see if that helps. My specs are below.

 

PC Build is as follows for processor

Ryzen 7 3700X

ASRock Radeon RX 5700XT

16GB Ram

ASRock 550B Pro4 motherboard

Its an ASUS VG32V, I did a reset and it fixed the issue. I would still like to know what could have caused it if you have any insight however.
