RANDOM REBOOT

Every single day for the last 5 days ive been getting random black screen and reboots. around 1 or 2 per day ( i use the computer around 12 hours a day). I installed a new power supply around 25 days ago. Its a XPG core reactor 850w i dont know if thats to blame. I`ve also been getting random keyboard  and mouse freezes and dont know if its ram of mobo to blame. Ran windows memory test with no errors and windows reliability monitor does not have any errors.  Hope someone can help me.

ab350 pro 4 motherboard 

ryzen 1700 

32 gb ram @ 2666 

nvme boot drive 

zotac rtx 3070

Try the old power supply if you still have it to see if that fixes your problem?

Have you checked windows event logs? It should have some clue as to what's causing the shutdowns

p.s. if that Vcore is accurate it seems rather low for Ryzen..

I still have the old psu , im goint to plug it in and see if that is it. It just happened again twice in under 3 minutes. i got 2 event logs. an kernel 41 , a 6008.

i have put in the old psu for the last 24 hours and the pc restarted 3 times. i have also performed memtest 86 and have found no errors. i have also tried prime 95 and have found no crashes. could it be the nvme drive ? my last resort is to buy a new motherboard. i dont think its the graphics card but a frined of mine will let me borow one tommorow.

So I have had this for a few months now... my 2 guesses are the 5600x has an issue or the NZXT CAM software is causing the issue. do you have any of those?
